Press Release Summary: Iridiacom, the Hertfordshire based UK distributor has
announced a partnership agreement with Topex from Romania. Iridiacom has been
appointed as a Distributor for the Topex range of GSM, 3G and VoIP Gateways in the
UK.

Press Release Body: Alan Doyle of Iridiacom said: "We are very pleased to add the
Topex gateway range to our portfolio. We feel the Mobilink GSM range will be very
popular for the Small to Medium Enterprise market where single or dual SIM gateways
are the main requirements. The market has been 'crying out' for a Nokia Premicell
replacement and we can now deliver this with a quality and value for money product.
Topex also provides a full portfolio of GSM gateways all the way up to 30 SIMs and
it is particularly strong in the VoIP market with the gateways being compatible with
all IP PBX systems including Asterisk."

Topex supports the SME market very well with the Mobilink range but they also have
the VoiBridge gateway that can support 2 or 4 SIMS on a PRI interface. The VoiBridge
also has the added advantage of supporting 2 PRI interfaces so the gateway will sit
between a regular PBX and the ISDN line so there is no need for any special
interfaces or programming on the PBX system.

Iridiacom will be working with Topex to distribute the gateways across a number of
business sectors, and will be approaching resellers and system integrators. GSM
gateways allow businesses to make massive savings on mobile calls. Iridiacom has
